Hoyt Highfill
The founder of Hoyt Highfill & Associates, today wears the cap of CEO. Hoyt's furniture background started, after his military duties, as manager of a retail furniture store in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Learning all he could in a short time about retail sales, advertising, merchandising, display, and sales promotions, Hoyt moved to Monroe, Louisiana and opened his own retail furniture store.
Hoyt founded HH&A in 1960 and since has owned and operated other retail furniture stores such as Pennsylvania House and Drexel Heritage Gallery. Since teaming with his son Bud, Hoyt's idea of a southeastern sales promotion company has grown to nationwide. Hoyt's main asset given to HH&A is the wisdom of 40 years' experience in the industry with multi-faceted ideas that turn problems into profits.
Al Carrothers
With over 30 years retail experience, is the Executive Vice President for Hoyt Highfill & Associates. Al is extremely well-rounded with a background that started with retail department store management. Al has owned and operated 6 retail furniture stores in Idaho and Washington as well as a west coast based wholesale import corporation. With all of the facets of the industry Al has been involved with, he brings to HH&A superior organizational skills, management, merchandising, warehousing, as well as financial planning skills. Without a doubt, Mr. Carrothers is one of the most qualified people to help and understand your needs and conduct a profitable and successful event.

Patrick Harrison, a third generation Highfill employee and born into a furniture family, brings a business degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the Neeley School of Business. Since coming onboard with HH&A, he has been involved in numerous events across the country and overseen all aspects of the business from warehouse operations to selling to advertising. In his current role as National Sales Manager, his dedication to customer satisfaction mixed with an ability to think ‘outside the box’ has aided HH&A’s phenomenal expansion on the west coast.
