Totten’s Furniture entered into an agreement with Hoyt Highfill & Associates to run a “Going Out of Business Sale”, hoping to keep our family integrity in place. The Highfill organization came highly recommended as being the right group to help us. Upon meeting with Don Thul we felt like this was the best decision for Tottens. Having been furniture retailers in the Chattanooga area for 43 years, we wanted salespeople that were caring and ready to do their best for our store.
When Dale & Carolyn Ankermiller arrived we found ourselves completely comfortable I personally found them to be very accommodating. They did everything within their power to make our event successful. Dale made my life easier and taught me a lot.
I have the highest regard for Dale & Carolyn, the team they brought with them fit into our organization beautifully, Roger and Nancy Helmer were delightful and great salespeople. As well as Phil Winchester. Thanks so much for all you have done for our family and Totten’s Furniture, Inc.
