We are just finishing our QUITTING BUSINESS LIQUIDATION conducted by the professionals at Hoyt Highfill and Associates. We are very pleased with our Hoyt Highfill team, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in our industry. From the floor manager to the sales personnel, they were top-of-the-line professionals, and we were surprised to se how clearly they had our best interest at heart. Any store owner would struggle, as we did, with the idea of hiring strangers to run such a high impact event as a GOB sale. I’m happy to report that our skepticism proved unfounded; we never could have realized these kind of proceeds without Hoyt Highfill’s expert management.
We can tell you that, without a doubt, their promotion and selling system WORKS!! We were able to more than triple our volume for the relevant time period, despite the economic downturn in our area. Hoyt Highfill and Associates well exceeded our goals and expectations. When they tell you not to change anything in their ads, LISTEN. Their expertise in this area far outweighs what we thought we knew going in. I’m so glad we trusted their techniques; it certainly paid off!
The manager of our sale was very experienced in retail furniture, as you would expect. Aside from product and sales knowledge, he was also able to guide us in ways that were unexpected and welcome. Having never conducted a sale of this type, there were many times when our manager’s experience and advice saved us both time and money. I was surprised to learn how clearly he always had our best interests at heart. He and his sales staff worked so well with our existing employees he certainly helped keep moral high throughout this difficult period, which made all the difference in the world in our outlook on what otherwise would have been and extraordinarily depressing period.
Both my husband and I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our manager to all the staff that worked here, and also to the support team at the “office†for a job exceptionally well done.
