Dear Hoyt, Highfill & Associates:

Thanks for a very successful sale! We never imagined that our store could produce over one year's

business in a short three months. Business had become very slow, money was tight, and employees

were dissatisfied. We had to do something but didn't know where to turn. With many different sale

promotion companies from which to choose, we felt confident in selecting Hoyt, Highfill & Associates

because of the outstanding recommendations from other store owners. In retrospect, we are certain

that we made the best choice and would highly recommend your company, and especially Michael Nee,

to any business owner. We never believed that the outcome would be of such great magnitude, but Mike

was there assuring us every step of the way.

Michael Nee worked almost nonstop to make sure that our sale progressed smoothly. From the first day, he went right to work pricing and arranging merchandise, designing ads, working with suppliers and advertisers, and basically reorganizing each department of our store. He always explained what had to be done and what we should expect, so we felt comfortable with allowing his to direct our business. He was a dynamic motivate for the staff and other workers, and he quickly and effectively solved and problems that arose.

Mike and all of the HH & A staff worked long hard hours to make our sale a great success. They each took a personal interest in our business, were very professional and knowledgeable of furniture, and best of all, they closed sales!

The HH & A home office also proved to be a huge part of the success. The communication between Mike and the home office was excellent. You all honored our requests, made careful plans, and then guided us through to he end.
